My passion for supporting others led me to earn my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). Since 2007, I've worked at various mental health facilities in San Francisco and the larger Bay Area, providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. So as to have the flexibility to use an integrative approach with clients who have a broad range of concerns, I opened my private practice in California in 2011 and expanded to Oregon in 2019. Here, I strive to utilize the most appropriate interventions and supportive techniques, with the overall intention of helping my clients identify their own goals and realize positive change in their lives. I am now able to successfully work with clients in both Oregon and California (remotely) to provide the best services across a larger geographical area.

"Jessica is extremely easy and wonderful to be around, and she well tailors her practice to the current needs of the individual. I saw her for anxiety and past trauma, and she helped me grow tremendously through her kindness and input. She gives amazing perspective, that encourages the individual to be more emotionally-healthy, open, and honest: I now feel more confident not only with my own emotions, but also expressing them to others. She also gave me worksheets and books that teach step-by-step, action items to tackle anxiety, and I now know great tools to manage any negative emotions and feel better in my day-to-day life. She's a gem, and I recommend her to anyone." - Female, Age 26
